Account deletion

Delete your DOS account.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

How to delete your account

Open the DOS app.
Go to Settings.
Choose Account or Privacy options.
Select Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email owner@dos-web.com from the email connected to your account and include ג€Delete my DOS accountג€ in the subject.

What may be deleted

Profile details, social-link metadata, favorites, notification tokens, and account-related app data may be deleted or anonymized.

What may be retained

Some safety, abuse-prevention, billing, infrastructure, or legal records may be retained as required.
